We had an excellent experience with the entire team. The dentist was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. The nurse was kind, caring, and made my child feel comfortable and safe. The anesthesia provider was outstanding and made the procedure smooth and stress-free. My child recovered very well and isnβt in any pain now. Everyone was friendly, patient, and truly cared about our family. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent care. βββββ I had a great experience with the anesthesiologist. The doctor was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything before my procedure. They made me feel calm and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout the entire process. The anesthesia worked perfectly, and I woke up smoothly without any problems. I truly appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend this doctor to anyone needing anesthesia.

I've taken my child here a few times. This office is accommodating, aware and welcoming of neurodivergent individuals. At my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Izzy and Marcelina. Our visit was positive and successful. I recommend this clinic for those looking for care, support and education!

Dr. Heisune and Marcelina are the best!! My son is 6 years old non verbal Autistic and we have really hard time when it comes to dentist. Dr was not scared to go to work and my son let him. I was amazed on how well he worked with my son. And Marcelina is such a big help and so nice. I highly recommend UW Pediatric dentistry for your Autistic children or any child that has hard time with dentist.

I would give zero starts if possible. My son was seen back in June for an evaluation. Then got scheduled for a procedure in August. My son wasnβt able to proceed with the procedure because he has bad dental anxiety. So we submitted a request to have him go to sleep. That insurance coverage submission was supposed to be sent when we left the office that day. PER THE DOCTORS THAT SAW HIM. I called in September and the form hadnβt been sent. Weeks after! So I spoke with someone that said theyβd be sending it ( Marisa, the Surgery scheduler) . Fast forward to October, since I was told it would take weeks, maybe more than that to hear back from the insurance. They told me there wasnβt any response still. So then I gave it more time. I have been calling since NOVEMBER! NOVEMBER. And nobody can call me back or take my call. I have left voice messages and Nothing, and itβs almost the end of the year. I donβt recommend going here. Service and communication are terrible, and good luck getting someone on the phone, and if they answer theyβre RUDE.

We had a wonderful experience! My grandson who has special needs was very scared, but they made him feel so comfortable like he was one of their own children. The kindness, patience and compassion they showed him took my breath away. Thank you Dr. Tino, Dr. Lin, Dr. Marcelina and Nurse Tanisha Brown I appreciate you all so much.
